Our incredible PTA, the Swingate Community Circle (SCC), plays a vital role in supporting our school community through a range of exciting events and fundraising activities. Throughout the year they organise popular events including the Colour Run, Christmas Switch-On, School Disco, Summer Fayre and many more.

Last year, SCC raised an outstanding £15,000, with some of the funds also supporting our School Council's cost-of-living project through a donation to the local food bank.

The money raised by SCC helps to provide additional opportunities and experiences for our pupils. Their support contributes towards:

• The Year 6 celebration party
• Year 5 Activity Week
• A musical theatre trip for a year group
• Special treats and enrichment opportunities for pupils
• Improvements to the school environment and facilities

Thanks to their fundraising efforts, the school has been able to invest in projects including a new outdoor stage area, climbing wall and indoor stage lighting, enriching the experiences available to our children.

We are also incredibly proud that Karen Williams, Chair of the Swingate Community Circle, received a Community Hero Award in recognition of dedication to our school and local community.

We are extremely grateful to all members of the Swingate Community Circle for their hard work, commitment and ongoing support of #TeamSwingate.
